The current pandemic has left many young adults without work—and therefore, without something to give their days a sense of structure, accomplishment, and discipline. If that sounds like your situation, our Self-Care Challenge was created just for you!
This checklist was created through feedback from our own young adults and promotes a holistic approach to self-care. We hope you'll take the challenge!
- Click the photo to access the Google Doc.
- Print it off (regular, 8.5"x11" paper) and stick it somewhere visible.
- Check off items as you go about your day.
- Tally up your "score" (items completed) at the end of the your day and record this number at the bottom to get an at-a-glance sense of your progress. Aim for a score of 10 to start, and increase to 15+!
