The current pandemic has left many young adults without workand therefore, without something to give their days a sense of structure, accomplishment, and discipline. If that sounds like your situation, our Self-Care Challenge was created just for you!

This checklist was created through feedback from our own young adults and promotes a holistic approach to self-care. We hope you'll take the challenge!


  1. Click the photo to access the Google Doc.
  2. Print it off (regular, 8.5"x11" paper) and stick it somewhere visible.
  3. Check off items as you go about your day.
  4. Tally up your "score" (items completed) at the end of the your day and record this number at the bottom to get an at-a-glance sense of your progress. Aim for a score of 10 to start, and increase to 15+!
